Heres a small and simple game to help you and figure out whether you and your job are meant to stick together or part ways before one of you gets hurt.

Should I Quit is a game based on HR practices and expert suggestions mostly taken from HR forums, portals, blogs and other available literature in order to arrange an interesting situations based game. The situations are the result of hundreds of case studies, interviews and interactions with clients, readers and living legends around the world. I hope they shed some light on how you plan to put your dent in the world. Professionals who want to get an idea about their current job, will be able to get a clear advice from the game that they should stay with their current job or they should quit. .

Should I Quit is designed to give you an honest assessment of your current job. You will be undertaken with several situations based questions and after that you will be advised with the result that what should you do.

User will be given 15 sec for every answer. After every answer user will be informed whether he falls in Green Zone (STAY) or Red Zone (QUIT). After the allocated time, the unanswered situations will be skipped.

Looking at the situation, you will have to decide and analyze that either you should stay or quit. If the situation applies to you and your current gig, select I Should Stay. If the situation doesn’t ring true to you, select I Should Quit and if its even worse, select I Should Die.

Based on the options you have selected for every situation, algorithm will give you one among the following two conclusive advisory results:

2.We advice You Should Stay

You can share your results with your friends and family all over the globe via Facebook, Twitter, SMS, LinkedIn, Google+ and SMS.

For both option there will be two screens and one will be picked at random. There will be following options on the result screen.
